could we create something in photoshop. print in A3 size paper and submit, or does it have to be a drawing?

You can submit any idea in any form of execution, calligraphy, photoshop, illustration or a mix of all elements as long as it is related to the theme of Democracy and presented as a print in A3 size. I hope this answers your question. Feel free to ask any questions if anything els comes to mind. You can also contact me on +965 66009977.

How do we label the artwork?

  5. April 3, 2011 at 12:19 pm

You can label the artwork by writing your name and contact details such as an e-mail and a mobile number and stick it to the back of your entry or simply write on the back of your entry. If you need more clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.

The number of entries as well as the work that has come in is truly promising. I have had several requests for an extension of the deadline, so I am extending it till the 13th of April, 2011. Keep the good work coming 🙂

Photoshopped Image Killer is a tool that detects Photoshopped images through a series of components. Some components focus on the image’s metadata which others focus on the internal information structure. It’s not limited to Photoshop though, images manipulated by other image editors can be detected as well.

    Dear Anubis,

When do you plan to exhibit?

  12. April 28, 2011 at 10:39 am

The results will be announced on this blog tomorrow with examples of some entries and the winning two artworks.

  13. April 28, 2011 at 10:43 am

We are planning to exhibit ASAP however our desired exhibition location (Mall 360) is currently holding another exhibition so we have to wait for a few more days to get a definitive answer. Just in case things do not go as plan A, Plan B would be to exhibit in a university. Once a date is set I will announce it on this blog and inform the participants via e-mail. Sorry for the delay.

  14. April 28, 2011 at 10:45 am

All participants can visit Paragon Marketing Communications office at Fanar next week to receive their personalized participation certificate.
