Plagiarism: The abuse of another’s original work by copying it and passing it off as one’s own. As defined in Alastair Campbell book titled The Designer’s Lexicon. Page: 293 ISBN:0-304-35505-4
A copycat is a person that mimics or repeats the behavior of another. The term is often derogatory, suggesting a lack of originality. The expression may derive from kittens that learned by imitating the behaviors of their mothers. – Wikipedia

Nice words, but they are a theory and not related to reality. The author asumed that the second ad’s creator had copied the first one, and that means he have seen it and did another one to mimic it, while the reality is not.

Can we acuse BMW or Ford for manufacturing a car like what Daimler had done before.

Symbols can be used to express many different meanings and ideas. Is the red colour in the China’s flag represents the same meanin as the red of Canada’s flag.

I wish the author had discussed these two ads and explain what is the idea behind each one. After that he should admit he was mistaken.

By the Way, when clicking the Kuwaiti ad, the link oes not show the body copy. In order to judge them professionally, we should read them both.

The auther of this article does not show the complete truth.

    Best Regards.
