A logo (Greek λογότυπος = logotypos) is a graphical element, (ideogram, symbol, emblem, icon, sign) that, together with its logotype (a uniquely set and arranged typeface) form a trademark or commercial brand. Typically, a logo’s design is for immediate recognition, inspiring trust, admiration, loyalty and an implied superiority.[1] The logo is one aspect of a company’s commercial brand, or economic entity, and its shapes, colors, fonts, and images usually are different from others in a similar market. Logos are also used to identify organizations and other non-commercial entities.Wikipedia

square is a very common background symbol. I’m not sure one should bother to search twins like this… 🙂

This is the first comment I received  as the blog will be officially launched on the first of April; Seems appropriate don’t you think?

I very much agree that square is a very common background symbol and I had no intention to search for such twins; the reason I posted this example was to spur discussions on what would qualify as a copy-cat/twin and what wouldn’t.

Thank you for your comment and I hope you become a member of this blog which aims to enlighten trough exhibiting bad examples from the Middle East to serve as good lessons to the world.
